At David Morgan, we treat our online customers with the same respect, confidentiality, and personal service that we have provided for more than 60 years.
We use the information you provide only to process orders, provide customer service, fulfill catalog requests, communicate with you about your account or orders, and, if you choose, send occasional marketing communications.
We do not sell or rent your mailing address, email address, telephone number, or other personal information.
We use trusted service providers—including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics services—to operate our business and improve your shopping experience. We also use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to better understand how visitors use our website and to make our advertising more effective. If you prefer not to order online, we are always happy to take your order by telephone or mail. We also continue to publish our printed catalog, a tradition that has been part of David Morgan since our beginnings as a mail-order company.
Print Catalog
Customers in the United States who place an order, create an account, or request a catalog may receive our printed catalog. We generally publish two catalogs each year.
If you no longer wish to receive our catalog, simply email catalog@davidmorgan.com with your name and mailing address, and we will remove you from our catalog mailing list.
We do not sell or rent our mailing list.
Marketing Preferences
If you choose to receive marketing communications from David Morgan, we may occasionally send you emails or text messages about new products, special offers, or company news.
You can update your marketing preferences or unsubscribe at any time through your account settings, by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails, or by following the opt-out instructions included in our text messages.
We do not sell or share your contact information for marketing purposes.
Orders & Security
All orders placed on davidmorgan.com are processed through Shopify's secure ecommerce platform.
During checkout, your connection is protected using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Payment information is processed securely through Shopify's PCI DSS compliant payment infrastructure and authorized payment providers. David Morgan does not store your complete credit card number on our systems.
Your personal information is handled only by employees who need it to process or support your order.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your shopping cart active, remember your preferences, improve site performance, and help us understand how visitors use our website. Essential cookies are required for online ordering.

Telephone Numbers
We request a telephone number in case we need to contact you about your order. We also request a recipient's phone number because some shipping carriers require one for expedited or international shipments.
