Privacy Policy & Security
We treat our online customers and visitors with the same respect and care we've treated all our customers for the more than 60 years we've been in business. Our site uses SSL technology and a payment gateway to ensure the highest level of security. We do not sell or rent our customers' mailing addresses, email addresses or any information gathered in order to process our customers' orders and catalog requests.
We do use analytics from third parties such as Google to improve our website and decrease our advertising costs. These savings are passed on to you, our customers, as we strive to offer quality products that provide excellent value. Google’s data may be accessed and/or deleted by end users via My Activity. You can use a browser such as DuckDuckGo to increase the privacy of your browsing while online. Lastly, we started as a mail order business more than 60 years ago, and still publish a print catalog and accept orders by mail and phone. Please let us know if you’d like a copy of our print catalog.
Print Catalog
If you have placed an order, established an online account or requested a print catalog, and live in the United States, we will mail you a print catalog, unless you have indicated you do not want to receive our print catalog. We normally publish two print catalogs each year. If you are currently receiving our catalog and do not wish to do so, just let us know and we will remove your name from the mailing list. The easiest way to let us know is by sending us an email at catalog@davidmorgan.com, including your name and address (so we can locate your customer record) and telling us you do not want to receive our catalog. We do not sell or rent our mailing list to other companies or organizations.
We occasionally send email notifying our customers of new items and other changes to our online catalog. To receive these emails, please establish an online account with us by signing in, and request to receive the occasional email. We do not share this email list with any other companies or organizations. If you wish to be removed from this list at any time, just let us know by updating your account preferences.
Orders
All online orders are placed through our secure server, using secure socket layer (SSL) technology to automatically encrypt the information, keeping your order private and protected. Credit cards are processed using a payment gateway to further protect you. Your order, once received, is treated with the same confidentiality and care we treat all our customer orders and inquiries. If you are not sure if your browser is SSL-compliant, we do offer offline alternative methods of payment for online orders.
Our shopping cart feature uses cookies. If you wish to order and have not accepted all cookies on our site, please call us at 800-324-4934, Mondays through Fridays, 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time.
Security
Your security is of the highest importance to us. For that reason, we maintain several safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. We do not save your credit card information electronically or otherwise. When you check out using our secure shopping cart, your information is immediately encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and an additional Secure, Encrypted Messaging Protocol" (SCMP) submitted directly to our FDIC approved and backed banking institution payment gateway. Three additional levels of security are then implemented to best protect your privacy.
As a result of this high standard of security, you must enter your credit card each time you purchase from David Morgan. However, we have streamlined this process by giving you the opportunity to store all billing and shipping addresses in your account address book.
Telephone Numbers
We ask for phone numbers in case we have a question concerning your account or order and cannot reach you by email. We request a ship to phone number when you order because some carriers we use, especially for expedited and foreign shipments, require a phone number at the ship to address. We do not sell or rent our customer's phone numbers, nor do we call unless there is a problem we cannot resolve without calling.

Hours
