We welcome our customers’ reviews, whether product reviews, service reviews or company reviews through Facebook and Google. The reviews connect us to our customers, give us insight into how our products are received and enable us to continually improve our descriptions and product selection. And most importantly, our customer reviews help other customers decide whether or not to purchase.

We do on occasion email review requests to our customers, usually two weeks or so after we’ve shipped the product so that you have had time to actually use the item. We do our best not to send unwanted emails, or to email addresses where the purchase is a gift and we might spoil a surprise. If you have not received a review request, feel free to submit a review directly through the Write a Review link on each product page.

We read all reviews, and respond where appropriate either with a merchant comment or directly to the customer. Where possible we address questions and concerns with added information in our product descriptions. We do not buy reviews, nor do we pay for “influencers” to write sponsored reviews. Our reviews come from real customers.

We are a small company, offering a unique selection of goods. From time to time our new items, or low selling items, will have no reviews or receive a poor review without a balancing number of good reviews. If you are interested in a product which has no reviews or poor reviews, please bear in mind that we would not sell products that fail to meet our standards. Ask us, by email or phone, if you have questions about a specific item. We know our products and are pleased to answer your queries.

Our Guarantee: We stand behind our goods. Any item found unsatisfactory on inspection should be returned in unused condition within 90 days with all tags for replacement or full refund of product price. Special orders, books, and DVDs may be returned only if defective or not as specified.
