Cut from a lightweight, water-resistant poly/cotton blend, it's loaded with thoughtfully placed pockets, D-rings, and tool holders to keep essential gear close at hand without slowing you down. There are 6 exterior pockets on the front of the vest and 6 interior pockets. There is a double-entry exterior pocket covering the entire back of the vest. There are velcro hook pads on the chest, elastic tool holders near the shoulders and 6 D-rings. Zip closure. Back length of a size Large is 25 inches. Machine wash warm, tumble dry low. 65% polyester/35% cotton. Assembled in USA of USA made cloth and most components.

    Prison Blues was formed by the State of Oregon in 1989 as a way to create jobs for the Oregon Correctional Institution.

    The factory, located at the Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution in Pendleton, Oregon, is 47,000 square feet and produces many garments including shirts, jeans and hats. Each inmate must pass a detailed hiring process. They are then trained by managers with private industry experience.
