Gift Certificates
Gift cards are the perfect solution when you are unsure of the recipient's size or preferences. We are pleased to offer digital gift cards which can be emailed directly to the recipient and redeemed online, by telephone or mail or in person at our retail store.
At check out, please include any gift message you wish us to include, and the recipient's name and email address. There is no handling charge nor sales tax for gift cards. Gift cards are processed within one business day.
Have an intended gift recipient who does not use email? We can mail the personalized gift card directly to the recipient, along with any personal note you wish us to include and a copy of our print catalog. Please call us at 800-324-4934 (Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PT) for this service.
Gift Card Redemption
Gift Cards can be redeemed online, by phone, mail or in person at our retail store. When redeeming a gift card, please provide the 16 character code associated with each gift card. If the order total is less than the gift card amount the balance will be retained, and can be used for a future order. If the order total is less than the gift certificate amount, please pay the difference using our normal methods of payment.
Do you have a gift certificate issued prior to July 1, 2026? Please call us at 800-324-4934 so that we can verify the outstanding balance and issue the appropriate gift card.
