How To Attach
To attach the four-pleat puggaree:
Lay the band out on the left side of the crown with folds facing up and insert the hook on the right into the felt so that the band can go around the crown clockwise with the bottom of the band neatly just above the brim.
The band will stretch some which allows you to hook into the band itself with the other hook.
